- Maquis Quartermaster uses the shipping method which best suits the customer and the product. Whether you want it their overnight with FedEx, Priority Shipping with tracking by UPS, or "Snail Mail" with USPS, we'll ensure the product gets to you how you want and for the right pirce.
- Primarily, we prefer to send things USPS. Its low cost and reasonable quick (3-5 days).
- We have used UPS to send higher priced items such as jackets and intracate embroidery which was pricey to create. UPS provides tracking so we can watch the item from pickup to delivery.
- FedEx is available if you REALLY need the item right away, but understand, that is a very costly method of shipping a product.
- Privacy & Security
- Maquis Quartermaster protects your privacy, and shares no information gathered here with any other merchant, organization, person, or entity.
- Returns & Replacements
- Maquis Quartermaster will ensure that you receive the product you ordered and in the condition you expect. If an item arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement free of charge.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Maquis Quartermaster accepts checks, money orders, credit cards, and PayPal. Orders paid via PayPal are shipped immediately. Credit card payments can be processed through PayPal without even having an account. Orders paid for by check or money order will require that the payment arrive and clear before shippping.
- Pricing of items is done so at a near "at cost" level. Maquis Quartermaster does not operate at a profit, we merely provide these products for the enjoyment of our members and collectors.
- Promotions are held when we are ordering product and are endeavoring to meet order minimums with our vendors.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view your pending, shipped, and processed orders online at any time.
- Updating Account Information
- Maquis Quartermaster appreciates that you keep your account information up to date so that we can ensure that product is mailed correctly. We also may contact you via email concerning new products and promotions currently running for our customers.
